Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days to request a return after receiving the item.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Problems

Please inspect the items immediately upon receiving your order. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it appropriately.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), bespoke items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of dangerous goods, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding specific items.

We regret that we do not accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To ensure you receive your desired item as quickly as possible, the best approach is to return the item you have received and purchase a new one separately once the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the item was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without providing any justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you upon receiving and checking your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment account within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and credit the refund.

Receiving Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods: If you receive damaged or defective goods, or if the goods received do not match your order, please email support@sevenyustore.com with your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue!

Gifts: Received gifts must be accompanied by an order receipt and can only be used for exchanges or to earn store points. Refunds will be credited to the original payment account and are only valid for the original purchaser.

Buy One Get One Free Promotional Items: For items purchased during the Buy One Get One Free promotion, the return process is as follows:

Full Refund: Both items purchased during the promotion must be returned to receive a full refund.

Partial Returns: If only the higher-priced item is returned, the refund amount will be less the value of the retained discounted item or gift.

Discounts or gifts in promotional orders cannot be returned separately.

Exchanges: Items in online orders can be exchanged as long as they are in their original condition (unworn, unaltered, and all tags intact). Please note that sale items are final sale items and cannot be exchanged. We will only send out replacement items after receiving the original item you purchased. Replacement items cannot be exchanged again. You can also bring eligible items to our physical stores for returns or exchanges.

Promotional Activities: Unless otherwise stated, full-price promotional items purchased online can be returned according to standard return policies. Sale items are non-refundable after sale.
